Information on the Valthorens live webcams
Every self-respecting skier dreams of one day going skiing in the resorts of the Alps. One of the most prestigious is Val Thorens, the highest in Europe. It awaits us in the impressive open valley of Belleville, dominated by a great peak of rock and ice 3.600 metres high, the Aiguille de Péclet. Without a doubt, Val Thorens is a great choice: it has 600 kilometres of pistes, with 56 green, 115 blue, 120 red and 37 black. The snow never fails to fall during the ski season, as the minimum altitude is no less than 2.300 metres above sea level.
Even so, to avoid surprises, we recommend that you take a look at the Valthorens webcams before you travel. They are cameras that record live everything that happens on the slopes, a reliable way of checking the condition of the snow, its thickness and quality, how many people you can see on the slopes, the weather in real time and, of course, you will be able to marvel at the snowy mountain environment of the Alps.
In Valthorens the webcams where we can consult all this information first hand with 360 degree panoramic views are the following (almost all of them are interactive, so we can turn the camera and see the views, zoom in, zoom out, etc.): at the Restaurant La Maison; at Centre Station, at 2.300 metres; at Boismint, at 2.671 metres; at Cime Caron, at 3.200m; at Ski School Prosneige; at Plan Bouchet webcam Orelle; the Snowcam at the base of the resort with snow thickness gauge; at Funitel, with Trois Vallées webcams; at Les 2 Lacs there is a LiveCam; at the Funitel de Thorens; at Lac Blanc, at 2.245m; and at Pointe Du Bouchet (zip line) in Orelle, at 3.230m altitude.
