La atención de todo el personal, fue excelente. La comida del buffet y el confort de las habitaciones.
No hubo nada que no fuera de nuestro agrado.

A pie de pistas. Llegas esquiando al hotel. El buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena es espectacular : muy variado y de calidad. . Nos pusieron en una habitación muy amplia y con cocina, sofá ? (no habíamos pedido , era tipo apartahotel) y como entramos tarde (23:00h) el día de llegada nos dejaron preparadas en la habitación unas ensaladas agua y postre. Colchones cómodos. Personal muy atento. Hotel de 10.
No nos dejaron el forfait en el hotel pero nos dejaron subir en el telesilla para pedirlo arriba en taquillas asique genial. La bebida de la cena es de pago.

Excelente ubicación. El bus desde el centro te dejaba en la puerta del hotel y se encuentra al pie de la entrada a la montaña. El hotel muy lindo, habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. El servicio de comidas y desayunos estilo buffet muy ricos y variados. Destaco la atención del personal que es siempre cálida y amigable. Ah! además tiene un sector muy accesible dedicado exclusivamente al guardado de equipos de ski/snowboard. Definitavamente el mejor!

La habitacion, camas individuales,incomodas,con mucho ruido y demasiado calor. El hotel lleno de escaleras resulta incomodo, aunque hay ascensores,no son demasiado grandes.

Excelente hotel. Personal muy amable desde recepcion, comedor y limpiadoras. La comida exquisita. El hotel esta al lado del telesilla y da mucha libertad a la hora de ir una familia con uno de los integrantes que no esquia.

El acceso a pistas. Si volvemos lo haremos al Patagonia, ya que mi marido no esquia y en este hotel esta mas libre para caminar o quedarse en el hotel si lo desea.
El hotel solo que habia poca variedad de comida, pero MUY SABROSA.

L'aproximació a pistes, la possibilitat d guarda botes i l parking
No tenen taquilles xls esquisos, ho has de deixar amb uns candaus, l'aparell per escalfa les botes no funcionava. El buffet d'esmorzar es molt complet, el de sopar costa 22e/pers. Begudes apart i era molt just, sense gaire varietat.

La cercania y acceso a pistas
El acceso al hotel increible pero había unos adultos que venian con el colegio que no dejaron descansar ninguna de las noches. Me queje am hotel pero no tenía más habihaciones. En fin vergonzoso que acepten a clientes así y no se penalice.

La ubicacion del hotel
Haber reservado una habitacion Premium y no tener cama de matrimonio. La calidad de la cena es bastante decepcionante, parece un comedor escolar, al retirar los platos los camareros los limpian y ponen en un carro en el mismo salon donde se come. Sauna de pago y el jacuzzi externo no funcionaba. Las habitaciones Premium tenien cocina pero no es utilizable ya que faltan todos los utenzilios.
