L'ubicació està molt bé.
A les nits no es pot dormir, el bar musical que hi ha abaix de l'hotel posa la música tant forta que sembla que estiguis dins de la discoteca. Horrible. La cuina de l'hotel dona al passadís i tot el primer pis fa molta pudor a fregit i a menjar en general...

Todo fue genial. El hotel tiene hecha una pequeña reforma y la verdad que es muy agradable. Las vistas desde la habitación son muy bonitas.
Hemos tenido que aparcar en parking grande que hay al lado del hotel y es excesivamente caro. Quizá el hotel debería llegar a un acuerdo con el parking y que fuese mas barato para los alojados en el hotel.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotras, ya que tuvimos varios problemas con nuestro vehículo y nos ayudaron en todo momento a solucionarlo. En especial dar las gracias a Javier, un empleado maravilloso que hasta nos prestó su teléfono para hacer llamadas. Todo el personal del hotel nos trató de maravilla! :)
El primer día que llegamos encontramos las sábanas y almohadas con "pelos" se notaba que no habían sido cambiadas.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero nos resultó practico para esquiar, en 2 min estábamos en las pistas. Hotel muy limpio.

Que tienen un bufet a 12,5?
Me obligaron a pagar la tasa turística en efectivo. No me dejaron entrar en la habitación si no abonando la tasa. Nevaba y tuve que ir en búsqueda de un cajero para sacar el dinero. Poco tacto, ausencia de la pasión por el cliente.

La calefaccion en las habitaciones es inexistente y del frio que hace ya la primera noche, sin aun haber subido a pistas, me lleve una inflamacion de garganta de respirar ese aire.

Resolución de problemas con imprevistos en la habitación reservada y que nos dejasen herramientas para poder sacar nieve de la calle para el coche
Nuestra habitación no estaba preparada, habia otro inquilino en el momento de entrar. La primera habitación no tenia ventana y en la ducha era dificl ponerse en pie y en la segunda habia muchos bichos dentro de la lámpara muertos y la persiana y ventana no cerraban correctamente y hacia juego con el aire (ruido muy molesto)
