    Hôtel (Caribe) propre et confortable. Les extérieurs sont jolis. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, le café est bon.
    Nous n'avons pas su à l'avance quel hôtel nous était attribué. Nous avons dû demander dans un hôtel pour savoir où aller. Décoration de la chambre minimaliste. Charcuterie bas de gamme au petit déjeuner Réception très bruyante.

    La atencion del personal que era muy amable.
    El hotel Caribe no deberia tener cuatro estrellas.Las habitaciones son pequeñas.Yo pedi una para 5 y era exactamente iguañ que una doble.Camas dobles de 1.35. La limpieza escasa, dia tras dia.Ni pasta de dientes habia y la pides y t respondes que la compres.En cuanto a los horarios de desayuno y cena habia q reservar con amtelacion y luego si en 40 min no has terminado t echan, de buenas maneras pero es asi, e ibamos 11, con seis niños y era complicado.Primero co.er en ese tiempo y segundo tener planeado el dia en base a la cena. No creo q repitiese en este hotel.

    Piscina y decorado de toda la temática del oeste.
    Los precios de las botellas de agua. Algo tan y tan necesario para sobrevivir en verano, es una locura 4? por litros. Debería estar regulado.

    Las habitaciones tenían hormigas, una palometa y una abeja. El check fue de 2h y cuando volvimos para que nos dijeran la ubicación, estuvimos 30 min esperando.

    No recibir ningún correo ni ningún sms con el hotel, tener que llamar a portaventura y al llegar tampoco recibir el sms con el número de la habitación y tener que volver a recepción para saber qué habitación teníamos

    Estar casi en la entrada del parque de atracciones ahorra tiempo.
    Que cierren la piscina a las 19h con un calor espantoso es un desastre. Nos facilitaron las tarjetas de las habitaciones pero no las habían activado y tuvimos que perder el tiempo en ir 2 veces a la recepción. En cuanto recibes el SMS que ya está disponible tu habitación, las tarjetas se deberían de activar al instante
