    Etiber garantiza un precio inmejorable
    La comida no ha sido tan buena como otras veces que he ido a este hotel y la ubicación me hubiera gustado que estuviera en la planta principal

    El Hotel principal y su ubicación y los bloques de habitaciones que te hacen sentir estar en el viejo Oeste

    Excelente servicio. Había estado ya en otra ocasión pero en esta ocasión pude disfrutar de todas y cada una las atracciones de los parques abiertos más de una vez.
    Ya en algunos sitios se comienza a notar que se necesita un poco de mantenimiento. No obstante la mayoría de las atracciones funcionan bien.

    J'avais réservé pour un adulte(moi) et un enfant de 15 ans(ma fille) et il n'y avais qu'un seul lit dans la chambre, il a fallu aller plusieurs fois à la réception pour qu'ils nous installe un petit lit d'appoint.

    Muy cerca del parque, el personal muy amable, la decoración del hotel y sus alrededores muy bonita y la habitación amplia.

    La ubicación, tiene acceso directo al parque por la zona de far west.. Es muy util para disfrutar de Uncharted a primera hora haciendo 10-20m de cola...Es una maravilla. Durante el resto del dia Uncharted tiene entre 1-2h de cola. Recomiendo ir a 1a hora
    La atención de recepción del hotel y la distancia entre el hotel y ferrari land (esto ultimo es lo de menos), el trato del hotel hacia nosotros no fue adecuado.

    Cantidad suficiente de jabón para poder ducharse y de calidad.
    Me falto un balcón o pequeña Terraza y la recepción de nuestro edificio estaba cerrada, todo se concentraba en el edificio Gold River y si necesitaba algo tenia que salir para dirigirte a dicho edificio

    La atención del personal en todo momento.
    La escasez de productos en el buffet, tuve que levantarme más de cuatro veces para ver si habían traído el producto en concreto. Además de la falta de platos en el segundo turno del desayuno.
