Ubicación y limpieza
Las vistas eran a la carretera( teniendo medio hotel vacío ) y a un andàmio lleno de trabajadores que no apetecia retirar la cortina . Teniendo que tener las luces abiertas durante el dia dentro de la habitacíon .

La habitación normal que cogimos era muy cómoda y espaciosa con balcón delante de pista Avet y el buen ambiente en las zonas comunes.
La información que nos dieron al entrar al hotel no fue muy clara y en la habitación no había información relativa al teléfono de la habitación para comunicarse con recepción ni sobre servicios extras

Personal muy amable, muy cerca de telecabina a pistas Soldeu.
Poca luz en habitación, zona de aguas con piscina y jacuzzi con aguas frías y con menores jugando en una zona de relax (en principio).

La ubicación es genial, al lado del telecabina de Soldeu. Hay un parking de pago (3? el día) detrás del hotel. La comida está muy bien, todo muy bueno.
No deja de ser un hotel de 3 estrellas pero con spa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, aunque las camas son bastante cómodas. Para el spa había que pagar aparte, así que no fuimos.

La cercanía, la terraza.
El colchón muy trillado, el baño viejo, pero lo más increíble es los guardaesquis, te tienes que buscar la vida y comprar un candado si quieres tenerlos seguros. Esa fue la solución de recepción.

El sopar de cap d'any molt bé, però el del día següent escales opcions per una alimentació vegetariana. En una altra ocasió no agafaria la mitja pensió, només allotjament i esmorzar

Buena cena y desayuno con buffet variado. Acceso a remonte 5 minutos andando aunque con zona de hielo resbaladiza.
Habitación un poco estrecha, aunque cómoda y muy funcional.

Molt bona ubicació per esquiar però un no pel lluny per anar a Andorra la vella/Pas de la Casa a fer compres. Esmorzar i sopar molt complets i tot bo. Personal molt amable.Habitacio maca pero petita i una mica antiquada si ho comparo amb el Shusski de la Massana, que és on anem habitualment. De tota manera hi tornarem. Es una molt bona alternativa per anar variant entre un i l'altre.

Ubicació. Neteja. Esmorzar complet.
L'habitació tenia molt poca llum El sopar és bastant pobre. Els plats guisats estaven secs A les 0:10 va sonar la alarma d'incendi durant 20 minuts i ningú de l'hotel va donar cap mena d'aví ni instruccions.

EL BUFFET LIBRE, EL ACCESO A LAS PISTAS, UBICACIÓN EN GENERAL (PUEBLO) Y SERVICIO GRATUITO PARA DEJAR EL MATERIAL DE ESQUÍ.
LA HABITACIÓN OLÍA A CERRADO Y TUVIMOS QUE ABRIR LAS VENTANAS, POR SUERTE SOLAMENTE FUE DURANTE LAS PRIMERAS HORAS, DESPUÉS PARECÍA QUE TODO BIEN (AUNQUE NO PUEDO ASEGURARLO PORQUE ESTUVIMOS POCO TIEMPO). PARKING CARO.

Falta de cortinas para la oscuridad en la habitación. Descuidos en la limpieza de habitaciones, tal vez por exceso de trabajo para poco personal.
