La comodidad del transfer a pistas y lo servicial que es Jordi. La comida no está mal con varias opciones que constantemente están reponiendo.

Habitación pequeña, estrecha y mal organizada. Aspecto anticuado y muy oscuro. Poca variedad de comida. Camas separadas y de distintos niveles

El servicio de transfer a las pistas ha sido fantastico y especialmente comodo. Se puede dejar skis y botas en el hotel y el transfer nos recoger a pie de pista de el Tarter. El chofer Jordi es muy amable y divertido.

El hotel esta bastante bien, lo mejor es su situación, a pie de carretera, cerca del Tarter y de la zona de ocio de Soldeu,
El aparato del aire hacia un poco de ruido.

El buffet bastante bueno, la temperatura de las habitaciones es buena , ni muy alta ni muy baja. El personal amable y atento. La zona de aparcamiento es amplia.
A pie de carretera, todo y que permite acceso rápido a pistas.

Las vistas a la montaña y a las pistas de esquí. Es bonito y barato. El buffet no está mal. Los recepcionistas simpaticos, las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Volvemos seguro.
Puede que necesite una modernización , un poco pasado de moda pero muy bien conservado.

EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL SON GENTE MALEDUCADA Y HACEN QUE LA ESTANCIA SEA MUY POCO AGRADABLE OLVIDÁNDOSE QUE TRABAJAN DE CARA AL PUBLICO, LA COMIDA PEOR QUE MALA YA QUE LAS TRES NOCHES QUE CENAMOS ALGUIEN DEL GRUPO SE PUSO MALO DEBIDA A ESA COMIDA.

Lo grande que era la habitación El tranfer a pista muy bueno los conductores un 10
Lo pequeño del baño Suciedad de las paredes Habitación con lampara techo descolgadas ,enchufes fuera del cajetín ,rejilla calefacción caída etc.... El personal de Recepcion sin cOmocimiento de su trabajo 1 primer día recepcionista de noche nuevo su primer día no sabía nada 2 los recepcionista más antiguo no saben que hay que dejar un depósito para la caja fuerte ( unos que lo dejes y el que tenía que devolver no quería porque ella no lo pide ) 3 la comida del desayuno muy básica , la máquina de café insuficiente cola para un café interminable, la cena sin variedad y comida probrecita , 4 no tienen Animacion ninguna para las noches
