Personal super atento y amable, la comida del restaturante muy rica y a muy buen precio. El desayuno estaba muy bien!! (una croissant riquisima, un bocata de jamon y queso, tostadas con mermelada, cafe y jugo de naranja)
El hotel estba muy bien, solo hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor por lo que si te toca en habitaciones del segundo o tercer piso hay que subir por escaleras (para nosotros no fue un problema por mas que estabamos en el tercer piso pero por ahi a otras personas les resulta incomodo)

Esta muy limpio los trabajadores muy amables. Camas còmodes
No parking, hotel al lado de la calle no se podia abrir cortines sino te ven. Algo viejos muebles.

La atención de Bruno y todos nos encanto La bañera genial La limpieza y orden súper bien Comida calidad /precio muy bien muy rico Muy buena calefacción . El lugar está muy bien Los baños están muy bien
Es un hotel de 3 pisos sin ascensor Se queda sin agua caliente si hay muchos usando las duchas Desayuno 1 bocadillo y 1 croisant por persona si quieres más hay que pagar . Se prefiere bufet libre no hay variedad . No hay cereales ni fruta ni yogurt . Almohadas algo incómodas

Todo, el hotel está limpio y es cómodo. El personal es amable. Hay aparcamiento en la zona. Y teniendo en cuenta donde están las pistas de Arcalís, que no hay nada alrededor, el hotel está bastante cerca

Me ha gustado la zona en la que estaba porque estaba todo lleno de nieve

La atención recibida por parte del personal del hotel. La posibilidad de aparcamiento cerca del alojamiento.
Que no disponía de sala común. La zona de bar cerraba a las 23 horas. Que no fuera bufet y el menú tuviera poca variedad (2 primera y 2 segundos platos para elegir).

El hotel tiene buena relación calidad precio.
Las camas no son demasiado comodas, sobretodo por las almohadas que haría falta renovarlas.
