The superior rooms at the Hotel Villa de Sallent 4* have a rustic mountain décor, all of them are spacious and have free WIFI, private bathroom, TV, safe, heating, bathtub and hairdryer. Some rooms are with mountain views.

The Hotel, family-oriented, has a Fitness center and Spa facilities with a free wellness center. The Spa is fully equipped with a heated indoor pool, bathtub, hydromassage, sauna, Hammam, steam shower and aromatherapy.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la atención del personal del restaurante que era muy amable
Que sólo haya transfer a Sextas y no a Anayet, esto hace que no se pueda utilizar el transporte privado si necesitas ir a otro lugar que no sea Sextas. La temperatura del agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi debería ser superior

Es un Hotel muy familiar y cómodo. Ya lo conocía y por eso he repetido, y aunque ha cambiado de dueños, sigue estando genial. El desayuno y la cena abundantes y muy bien atendidos por el personal. Tanto en la Recepción, como el Restaurante y los compañeros que te trasladan desde el Hotel a pistas el personal cercano y muy amable. Es Spa está genial para relajarse después de un día duro de esquí. El Transfer, es un servicio genial, el que te trasladen a pistas y luego te recojan es muy cómodo sobre todo días como los que hemos estado que ha nevado mucho, es muy recomendable para no coger el coche. El tener opción de poder reservar parking en el Hotel también nos ha supuesto mucha comodidad, porque ha nevado mucho y los que estaban aparcados fuera estaban llenos de nieve y con dificultar para salir.

En la habitación hacía muchísimo calor y la calefacción no era regulable. Primero nos tocó en la habitación pegada a la piscina y se oía todo (imposible dormir la siesta). Además te ponen una almohada incomodísima.

Nos ha gustado el traslado a pistas, muy rápido
El mobiliario es antiguo aunque funcional. El precio es muy elevado. En Francia se puede conseguir alojamiento por la mitad de precio.

La facilidad del traslado a pistas, tienes las furgonetas de los clientes del hotel constantemente subiendo y bajando al parking de Sextas y la verdad que un servicio de 10
Por ponerle un pero... El buffet estaba rico pero para mi gusto con poca variedad.

Habitaciones amplias y desayuno bueno.
Del spa solo funciona la sauna seca (el baño turco no funcionaba y el jacuzzi estaba frío). La atención por parte de algún miembro del personal dejaba mucho que desear (chica rubia de recepción por la noche), el resto del personal bastante amable.

El calor que hacía en la habitación, terrible. No funcionaba la tarjeta para abrir la puerta de la habitación y nos tenían que abrir los del hotel, un rollo. No nos hicieron la habitación un día, sonaba la cisterna, no nos dejaron amenites tampoco...en fin.

El trato del personal excelente así como la ubicación.
La cena, se indica que es buffet pero apenas hay platos donde elegir. La variedad es mínima así como las cantidad de las opciones.

Que al esperar que nos dieran la habitación un chico del hotel se ofreció a hacernos una pizza estando la cafetería cerrada pues no habíamos comido. Estuvo de diez al facilitarnos la espera h ni hacer que saliésemos a a buscar donde poder comer algo a esas horas.
Que no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 18:30/19:00 de la tarde, habiendo llegado al hotel a las 14:00 h habiéndonos dicho que estaría de 15:30 a 16:00 maximo. La chica de la tarde de la recepción no muy resolutiva.
