El buffet del desayuno está muy bien.
Tuvimos problemas con el servicio de alquiler de esquí en el propio hotel con una muy mala gestión por su parte que nos hizo tener que cambiar el sitio.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores del hotel
Tuve un problema de salud con mi hija al tener que ir a urgencias, y desde el hotel no nos dieron ninguna solución. Se debería entender la excepcionalidad de determinadas situaciones, y mas cuando son temas de salud que ocurren de manera súbita. En este aspecto la valoración es muy negativa...

Súper cómodo y atención 10. La pega que no tengan taquillas para guarda esquís y hay que subirlos a la habitación , y que el parking está lejos.
Que el parking esté lejos, que no haya guarda esquís.

La amabilidad del camarero/barman
Haciendo el check-In a las 18:00(cuando en la web pone que se puede hacer a partir de las 15:00)una de las dos habitaciones que cogimos aún no estaba disponible, la otra había un problema con la cerradura exterior y el ?equipo de mantenimiento? saltó de una habitación a otra por el exterior (de una ventana a otra) porque la cerradura de esta también estaba rota, después de abrir la puerta desde el interior, con una radial cortó el pestillo de seguridad de la puerta exterior, dejando mal olor del acero recién cortado en la habitación y dejándonos sin seguridad. Falta de profesionalidad del personal en general. Habitación lleno de polvo por obras anteriores (dicho por el director del hotel). Insectos en las paredes (araña enorme). Ascensor estropeado por avería, con la consecuencia de usar escaleras todo el rato. El personal de limpieza no entro a la habitación a limpiar nada ni hacer limpieza diariamente. Cuando le comentamos los problemas al director la solución fue invitarnos a 1copa

La cercanía a las pistas
El hotel esta bastante viejo necesita una buena reforma, huele mal y las camas dejan bastante que desear. La comida normal. Después de esquiar a las 5 de la tarde no tenían preparada aún la habitación ,tuvimos que esperar 1hora. La tele no funcionaba, dijimos a recepción de que la arreglaran pero quedamos igual sin tele ningún día.

La ubicación esta genial porque está a 4 minutos en coche del acceso a pistas. El desayuno variado y había parquing cerca del hotel.
El wifi en las habitaciones no llegaba bien, la calefacción estaba alta y por mucho que la regulábamos en la habitación no bajaba la temperatura. Las paredes son bastante finas y se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado. Estaría bien que pidieran las matrículas de los coches que aparcan en el descampado. El primer día nos bloquearon el coche con otro coche y no podíamos salir bien

El millor amb molta diferencia es el buffet
Les parets son finissimes i se sent qualsevol persona encara que parli a un volum normal, tant de d'altre habitacions com des del passadis. Si tens mala sort com nosaltres i al costat et toca una habitació de 4 amb ganes de festa se't enva en l'aire la nit. La calefacció estava absurdament alta, vaig acabar dormin destapat, sense roba i amb el radiador abaixat.

El personal es de 10. Gente muy amable
Me parece lamentable que un hotel de montaña en invierno se queden si gasoil y no pudiéramos tener calefacción ni agua caliente para ducharnos. Además el último día el buffet de desayuno no habia prácticamente de nada se habían quedado sin huevos, bacon algunas frutas solo tenían un tipo de zumo.

Al tercer día no había calefacción ni agua caliente y nos dijeron que se habían quedado sin gasoil, además toda una planta del hotel se quedó sin luz. En el desayuno no había comida caliente porque se habían quedado sin huevos.

El personal en general muy amable. Un hotel correcto y cerca de pistas. No pudimos coger el coche por la nevada y pudimos ir a pie.
El último día sin agua caliente ni calefacción. Viajes de estudios y la comida ya preparada para ellos. Resto de días habíamos desayunado caliente y ya el último frío. Poco parking.

El buffet por la mañana estaba muy bien y muy completo. El espacio compartido de bar con billar estaba muy bien habilitado, con buen ambiente. Las vistas eran muy bonitas.
A nuestra llegada el día 20/01 por la noche, nos atendió en recepción un hombre que nos trató a todos bastante mal, tuvimos un problema con el coche, nos equivocamos y se nos quedó atascado delante de la puerta del garaje del almacén del hotel. No solo no nos ayudó sino que se enfadó con nosotros tratándonos casi de tontos por tener el coche atascado ahí. Además esto ocurrió porque cuando le preguntamos dónde estaba el parlking del hotel nos casi gritó diciendo que no sabía si había sitio y que nos espavilaramos. Realmente creo que esta persona no debería estar de cara al público, el trato que da en recepción es nefasto y da hasta ganas de no volver al hotel solo por él. Por otra parte, estuvimos una hora esperando en el alquiler abajo del material de esquí para que luego nos dijieran que no tenían gama oro y que teníamos que ir a la tienda de alquiler de el tarter. Esto también fue por falta de información que preguntamos al mismo hombre que estaba en recepción.

Sempre repetim. Relació qualitat/preu immillorable.
Tenien la calefacció massa alta i no la podíem baixar. Han tret coses que abans estaven incloses, com l'aigua al sopar o poder sopar els nostres entrepans al bar el dia que no està inclòs el sopar (sempre ens ho havien deixat fer i enguany ens ho van deixar fer però com amagant-nos). Petits detalls que valorem els que portem temps repetint l'hotel. Per la resta, tot fantàstic com sempre.

Las zonas comunes del Hotel. El personal, a pesar de ser insuficiente, su trato siempre coridial yd e ayuda. Desayunos: variedad de leches y bebidas de almendras, soja,...
Tema desayunos: sugerimos al cocinero que, cortaran el pan para hacer tostadas y no en rodajas finas, pero no acogieron la sugerencia que permitía esa posibilidad. Podrían incluso porner las barras enteras en el desayuno y que los comensales se cortaran el pan ellos mismos. Sólo tienen un tipo de pan para el desayuno: de barra. Ni de tostadas, ni integral. Lo que contrasta con una variedad de leches: soja, almendras, semidestanada, ... Habitaciones: Algunas de las habitaciones olían a cerrado de forma continua por su situación. COLECTIVO: Cuando se va en colectivo, los hoteles ponen la bebida - agua - incluida
