Me encantó la acogida y amabilidad de todo el personal, era como estar en una familia muy agradable.
Las almohadas y el acceso a la cama fue lo más incómodo si se puede poner alguna pega. Quizá nos hizo falta más enchufes un acceso mejor.

Me ha gustado la ubicación y que el personal de la mañana era simpático.
No me han gustado las instalaciones , la limpieza y el servicio del persona de tarde/noche.

Amabilidad del personal del hotel
Cuarto de baño muy pequeño. La limpieza tanto del la habitación como la del baño brilló por su ausencia.La cena de la media pensión nos la dieron en el hotel Pic Mari (con lo cual teníamos que salir del hotel todos los días para cenar)

Cercanía a las pistas, desayuno y cena.
Habitación pequeña, y que las paredes son de papel y se oye cualquier ruido y conversación de las habitaciones de otros huéspedes. Armario inexistente para guardar el equipaje.

La buena atención del personal, la limpieza, la ubicación y que tuviera wifi y guarda esquís.
Que la cena fuera tipo menú (preferiría tipo buffet) y que la bebida de la cena no estuviera incluida en la media pension.

El ruido. Dentro de la habitación se escucha tanto el ruido que hay en la calle como dentro del hotel.

Staff muy amable, desayuno muy bueno, existen tequillas para poner los esquis en cada piso. Bien hubicado, a 2 min caminando de las pistas.
Estando en la habitacion, se escucha todo. Gente entrando y saliendo de sus habitaciones, las teles encendidas. Cada dia me despertaba com la alarma de algun vecino. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitacion (3a planta)
