The Hotel Macià Monasterio de los Basilios was built on the old 'Morabito' (hermitage of the Nazarí period) in 1616 by the Bohórquez family, Marquis of Trujillo. Located in a unique enclave next to the river Genil and near the historical center, inside the monastery of the same name. The entrance to the Hotel is made from the courtyard of the church to the old cloister, which has been maintained in its original structure.
