La ubicación y vistas de la habitación.
El coste del spa para huéspedes me ha parecido excesivo y en la habitación el bater separado del resto del baño ha sido un poco incómodo.

Me gustaría remarcar la gran amabilidad del personal y la ubicación del lugar. Ya que se encuentra delante de la estación de esquí del pas de la casa y es todo muy práctico.
Teníamos mucha ilusión por esos dias. Cada año viajamos a Andorra en estas épocas y la verdad es que en general nos decepcionó bastante. En primer lugar y para nosotros importante, la comida. Nos dejó mucho que desear. Sobretodo para mi hija que era vegetariana y nos trajeron una opción pésima. De la escúdella que había de primero, escurrieron el caldo y nos pusieron salsa de tomate. En segundo lugar, la temperatura de la habitación. Jamás en ningún hotel habíamos pasado frío durante la tarde al llegar y por la noche. La persona que nos atendió nos trató con mucha soberbia que deja mucho que desear en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La situación para acceder a pistas inmejorable, abrir la puerta del hotel y a esquiar!. La comida muy buena de verdad, tanto el desayuno como la cena y el personal del hotel más amable imposible.

Personal de recepción super atento y agradable. Nos trataron genial. El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable y es súper cómodo para todo.
Lo que menos me han gustado eran las cenas. Estaban bien, correctas, pero nada impresionante.
