La ubicación del alojamiento es la mejor que hay en Cerler para ir a esquiar.

El hotel es moderno y está limpio. No está cerca de pistas como para ir caminando pero hacen viajes cada 5 minutos en coche para llevar y traer a los huéspedes hasta ellas durante todo el día.

Somos 2 adultos y un niño pequeño. Nos alojamos en un apartamento que considero que estaba bien equipado, limpio, espacioso, cómodo y silencioso. Tiene cubertería, vajilla, cafetera, microhondas, placa, mesa amplia para comer/cenar y sofacama equipado. El hotel es "familias" friendly, ofrece servicio de ludoteca por la tarde para los niños. El personal es muy amable, especialmente con los niños y está siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno está bien en cuanto a calidad y cantidad. Aparcar en la calle cerca al hotel es relativamente sencillo. Y el acceso a pistas es muy rápido, además el hotel ofrece un servicio de shuttle a zona del Molino (no lo usamos porque fuimos a la zona del Ampriu, pero parece bastante conveniente sobre todo para los fines de semana cuando hay mucha afluencia de gente y aparcar en la estación es complicado). La experiencia ha sido excelente.
La cena es el punto más débil en mi opinión. No se come mal, pero la relación calidad precio no es muy buena. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Bufet muy variado y de calidad. Personal encantador
Cama incomodísima y las almohadas terribles, descanso horroroso. Habitación justita y el baño asqueroso. Lleno de humedades por el techo y con una cortina de ducha que apestaba a humedad y tabaco; por no hablar de la peste que salía del baño cuando un desagüe se utilizaba. Muy asqueroso

El hotel nos ha afrecido chocolate caliente de 16 a 18h. Un placer después de una jornada de esquí. El personal de comedor y spa ha sido muy amable. Un recepcionista muy joven, que trabajaba en turno de tarde ha sido excepcional.
Mala insonorización, imposible descansar si hay movimiento en otras habitaciones o pasillo, incluso se escuchaba el ronquido de otro huésped. El profesional que atendió nuestro registro de llegada no fue agradable, debía tener un mal día.

Algún servicio de vajilla más. 4 vasos 4 cucharas 4 de todo muy justo. Nos tocaba lavar muy amenudo .

L'atenció del personal, i la ubicació.

El hotel está genial, el personal muy atento, servicial y amable. El apartamento muy moderno y confortable con todo lo necesario. La comida de la cafetería muy buena. El spa muy agradable, al ser de pago y tener aforo limitado es posible disfrutar de un real momento de relax y tranquilidad. Sin duda si se presenta la ocasión volveremos.
Solamente como crítica constructiva creo que se podría cuidar algunos detalles con un poco más de mantenimiento (pared de la habitación con manchas necesitaría una cápita de pintura, las placas del techo arriba de la bañera también, y los azulejos del baño turco faltan muchos, algún chorro de la zona de aguas que no funciona) pero sino todo perfecto

La cercanía a pistas, la ubicación del hotel en Cerler
El servicio de camareros es muy amable, pero debido a que había mucha gente hospeda no daba mas de sí. A primera hora habían mucha gente y cuando pudimos sentarnos a desayunar no había de nada, y lo peor es que tardaron mucho en reponer. Creo que es por culpa de la mala gestión y no por el servicio

Desde el principio buen trato, muy agradables y serciciales. El menú es muy bueno, el servicio de transporte a pistas muy bueno. La habitación perfecta!
Que no incluyen la bebida en la cena, hay que pagarla al abandonar el alojamiento.
