Todo genial, a destacar el personal del hotel y la comida. Todos super amables, y la comida riquísima, mucha variedad, todo fresco y con una presencia inmejorable. Arancha, la animadora forma parte imprescindible del encanto de este hotel. La piscina climatizada un plus. Volveremos sin dudar.
Que sólo fuimos 1 semana ;-) Lo pasamos genial.

El buen trato del personal, la calidad - precio de la comida excelente, equipación.
He coincidido con un viaje organizado de niños y es un poco molestos. Pero pero al separarlo por comedores se llevaba bien.

La ubicación del hotel en plena naturaleza.
Desde el hotel hasta las pistas el acceso es horrible, cuestas empinadas, piedras, tierra, etc. Deberían facilitar el acceso a pistas a los clientes.

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones,se oye perfectamente a lis decla habitación de al lado Es imposible ducharse cómodamente , el agua varía sola de muy fría a hirviendo continuamente y la Calefaccion hace ruido de agua circulando a presión continuamente día y noche

La cercanía a las pistas, el Bufet y la atención del personal, la entrega de los forfait perfecto.
La habitación presenta un aspecto muy inferior a la categoría q el hotel tiene. Grietas en las paredes, gotelé. Una habitación con una presencia poco acogedora

Ubicación del hotel y amabilidad de sus empleados. Baño de la habitación reformado.
Desayuno y cena un poco flojos, poca variedad y comida muy mediocre. Cama y ropa de cama muy incómoda y pequeña, las sábanas y mantas eran igual de pequeñas que la cama, por lo que a nada que te movieras te destapadas por completo y se salía la ropa.

Segundo año que vamos, y seguiremos yendo. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 3* tengo que decir que cumple sobradamente todas las expectativas. Servicio excelente, comida excelente, camas cómodas, cercanía a las pistas.

Tienen sitio para aparcar, están muy cerca de las pistas, el personal es muy amable y el bar tiene precios razonables.
El SPA no es un SPA en si, lo que tienen es una piscina climatizada. La sauna se paga a parte. El buffet era normal y algo escaso. Las habitaciones necesitan actualizarse un poco.

Demasiados niños y demasiado ruido en la piscina., es un hotel familiar por lo que para grupos de amigos quizás haya demasiados niños.

Opción más cercana a la estación para alojarse en Cerler. Buen servicio de buffet. Piscina cubierta y guardaesquís gratuitos.
Habitación y pasillo de entrada a la habitación un poco estrechos. Escaleras de bajada a la estación en no muy buen estado, aunque se puede dar un poco más de vuelta e ir por la carretera.
