Hotel Cims is located in the commercial center of Pas de la Casa, just 100 meters from the Grandvalira ski resort.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2009 to improve all the facilities, it presents an unbeatable appearance. It has 42 rooms of four types: single, double, triple and quadruple. All of them are exterior with views of the Pyrenees mountains, spacious, with a private bathroom, satellite TV, heating and safe.

The Hotel Clims offers its clients a buffet restaurant service for lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of typical products from the area. For this it has a terrace on the top floor.

Hotel Cims is located in the commercial center of Pas de la Casa, just 100 meters from the Grandvalira ski resort.

La atención y lo cerca que esta de las pistas.Las cenas estaban bastante bien.
El ruido del ascensor,tendrían que desconectarle por la noche.Las camas no son cómodas y no se puede dejar la habitación a oscuras, entra mucha luz por la ventana.

Trato, limpieza, atención, me dieron habitación con cama doble. Son muy amables y eficientes
No me gustan mucho los bufets, pero era variado y muy correcto.

Que el hotel estaba en el centro
El alojamiento no era limpio, habían manchas en las sabanas, el restaurante servía comida en mal estado y olía mal, pagas media pension y no te entra el agua *sin previo aviso. La atencion de la recepción lamentable, no repetiría.

Un desastre de hotel, por llamarle algo, no se puede llevar agua de la calle, hay que comprarla en el comedor por narices, no me parece normal, al menos deberían poner unas jarras con agua del grifo, que solo van por el dinero, no creo que vuelva a este hotel.

La situación del hotel.
Es muy viejo y no han actualizado practicamente nada. Sólo tiene un ascensor en el que no se pueden subir 4 adultos porque se pasa de peso admitido, este ascensor es insuficiente.

Localizacion
El personal no sabia hablar bien español, y lo mas importante, de los 5 que fuimos, 3 no pudimos esquiar un dia por gastroenteritis, vomitos etc. Todos cenamos en el hotel .

Muy cerca de las pistas y el personal muy atento y amable. La comida está buena pero un poco repetitiva. Si no eres muy exigente con la limpieza es recomendable por la relación calidad precio
La limpieza deja mucho que desear y las camas no son demasiado cómodas. Se escucha todo por las noches, si te toca un grupo de jóvenes fiesteros (en Pas de la casa es muy probable) al lado o incluso en la misma planta seguro que los vas a escuchar

La ubicación está bien, el wifi va bastante bien y por el precio que cobran no se puede pedir mucho mas.
El buffet es mejorable, pero como dije antes por el precio que cobran es imposible mejorarlo ya que es muy barato

Está muy cerca de las pistas y el hotel cuente con todo lo indispensable.
Casi no hay espacio común para convivir, falta de atención por el personal, y las habitaciones son sumamente básicas. Pero bien.

-La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a las pistas. - Cercanía a centros comerciales y supermercados. - Muy buen trato de las recepcionistas. - Buena calefacción, se puede regular y se está bien.
- Hotel sin parking(pagar 8'60? diarios por estacionar zona azul, no hay opción gratuita) - Comida de baja calidad, había cosas con sabor raro como las salchichas, hamburguesas, las tartas de postres... Desayunos poco variados, mucha bollería industrial(estaba buena la bollería) - Habitaciones pequeñas, parece más un hostal que un hotel de 3 estrellas. - Limpieza básica(vaciar las papeleras no se hacía) - Vino no recomendable, te cobran 9? por botella y es un vino de 0'7?. (No sé pide una esquisitez pero si algo menos peleón por el precio).

La atención en el comedor excelente.
No tenían cuna cuando había remarcado que necesitábamos una. Quinto piso y el ascensor se estropeó justo teníamos que bajar maletas, bebés. No había pestillo en la puerta de la habitación que da al pasillo. No había manera de cerrar desde dentro y teniendo niños pequeños era bastante molesto.

La localizacion, la tematica (decoración) y la atencion del personal, muy agradables
que los menus no incluyan bebida y te cobren botellitas de agua, el guardaskis extremadamente pequeño y apretado
