El personal fue muy amable e intento ayudarnos con todo lo que podían. Nos permitieron entrar unas horas antes de lo previstio e incluso nos buscaron a hacer u nhueco con camas separadas aunque no pudieron hacer nada porque todas estaban ocupadas ...
Bajabamos a las 8 a cenar y como el buffette abria a las 7:30 la comida estaba fria. Había mucha variedades y de todo lo que deseabas el unico problema es que se quedaba todo frio muy rapido ...

El hotel es horrible. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, especialmente el ascensor, que no está ni bien engrasado y hace un ruido monstruoso. Desde las habitaciones se escucha todo por la noche, y no se puede descansar. La calefacción está demasiado alta, y no se puede graduar desde la habitación porqué está centralizada. La comida del almuerzo era muy escasa y de mala calidad. Una de las recepcionistas fue muy mal educada.

La calefacción a toda mecha. Tienen servicio de lockers para los esquis.
Que mientan en los servicios que ofrecen: NO tienen parking de pago, NO tienen sauna. Como se anuncia en la web. El buffet libre muy justo y monotono por ser un 3*. A que no seas Ingles o Ruso que eres capaz de cenar todos los días cutre paella. Verduras pocas. Habitaciones mas bien pequeñas.

La ubicación estaba bien, tenías que andar un poco cuesta arriba que con las botas era bastante pesado, pero por otro lado tenías un parking bastante grande en la puerta.
Las camas y almohadas eran hiper blandas, la calefacción sonaba mucho y eso combinado con otro ruido permanente que no sé de donde saldría y la poca insonorización de habitaciones, costaba descansar.

El desayuno y cena completo, ubicacion inmejorable, muy cómodo
Se ha fundido la bombilla de la luz en la entrada en la habitacion. Lo dije en la recepciòn, sin embargo no la sustituyeron. Seguí con una sola bombilla en la habitación.

La cercanía del hotel a las pistas de Grand Valira. Distancia a pie 6-7 min
La falta de atención del personal del hotel a la hora de informar a los clientes. Cada empleado nos daba una respuesta diferente a la misma pregunta sobre la disponibilidad de guardaesquis, parking. Esto nos resultó muy confuso.
