Beautiful flats located at the foot of the slopes, ideal for skiing in the area of Pas de La Casa. Located just a few metres from TSD6 Font Negre and TSF2 Coll Blanc.

The Grifo flats have a typical mountain decoration with wooden furniture and many of them with views of the ski slopes.

There are three types of flats in this residence.

The 4-people studio, as its name suggests, is an open-plan space with bunk beds and a sofa bed. For a studio, it is quite big, with 35 m2 and a complete bathroom with bath or shower. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances and dining area with TV.

The Studio for 4 people superior, in a single space of 40m2, we find a double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub. Kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, dishwasher and dining area with TV.

This flat for 6 people, with an area of 48 m2, has a bedroom with two bunk beds for four people, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat has a fully equipped open kitchen, connected to the living room and dining area. Full bathroom with shower or bath.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

As there is no reception, the keys will be handed over between 3 - 8 p.m. (please contact the accommodation to arrange arrival).

Departure between 8.30 and 10 am.

The establishment has flats available on request.

There is also a private car park in the building which can be booked in advance (at an extra charge).

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels: 35€ per flat (mandatory extra charge).
